Hard to say, I’ve noticed lots of Mongols MC presence in very much Mexican Mafia run neighborhoods. Mongols bikers hanging out, out in the open where I wouldn’t have expected years ago. I had wondered if they’re paying up even more or if there’s some new agreement.
