It has been my experience that cops target everybody white, black, Spanish Italians Russians Polish Chinese you name it they target them. Problem with the police is that it is unionized, and they took away the police revolver and replaced it with the semi automatic. So they can hide behind a wall and just keep firing until no one is left a live.
