If you want to be that petty, I assume there is a difference between "is making" with "has made."
You posted a laundry list of some rather paltry accomplishments made at this point of Trump's presidency. You only left out his promises to tweet and golf a lot. You were obviously stating that he's a man of his word, despite the correct meaning of your grammar, which you may or may not have even been cognizant of when typing it.
