Usually how tho works is when the feds have the wires in place, I.E. C.I.'s
They will them send out the supeona's and leak info through the news

That is what they mean by "TICKEL the WIRE"

So guys get served they panic etc.
Guys read gangland and talk about the article.

So this thing here was botched bad by the feds
Once they took these guys off the street they took out their wires
