Sat.- ches t& shoulders sunday- arms. Tues- chest & shoulders thurs- arms - legs

Cardio every night monday = Friday.

Part of my chest workout tuesday , bench 225 8 sets 8 reps. than one rep moving up 10lbs every rep. Until i hit 315.

I had to switch to Planet Fitness, cause they are everywhere. They are so easy to find. 20 dollars a month and you can use any of them.


Working 55 hrs a week . Having a wife and 2 young kids . Its tough. But I do have a very easy Union job.

I get there early in the morning for my lifting and im in the city (philly) when im at work.for my cardio.
