Accattone(1961) Pier Paolo Pasolini / Italy / 7/10 Good first feature by Pasolini. Solid story and acting but technically flawed. Nevertheless it doesn't seem like it holds the film back. Definately displays talent on Pasolini's part and that of the lead actor Franco Citti. A bit slow in the beginning and I was struggling to get through it but the final 20 minutes are amazing, much like another Italian neorealist gem The Bicycle Thief.
