Francis Boucher, son of former Hells Angels warrior chief Maurice Boucher, was arrested Tuesday night in Montreal. The 42-year-old man allegedly struck passers-by with a stick in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood, but citizens managed to control him until the police arrived.
