What is this? Someone had a tape recorded in the court room I guess?
Smart idea if the quality was better he probably could have made some money with by selling it eventually
To someone that wanted to write a book.
My guess is a cell phone or tape recording. This is not my audio and I tried cleaning it up to the best of my audio cleaning ability. Seems like the person who recorded it loves coughing among other things at random intervals. I would suggest a headset if possible. Some parts are clearer than others.
