He says in there that Ligambi has been and may still be involved in garbage in South Jersey/Philly, which i was suprised to read. I didnt think philly guys were involved in garbage... anyone know more about this and if its still true? I think if i remember correctly Uncle Joe was nebrr indicted for that, maybe gaming company?
