When yall say it's cameras everywhere in NYC , Is it an equal amount blanketed across the boroughs or heavily focus in commercial areas? Having near 300 homicides per year seem not to deter some criminal element. I think it's just less killings amongst the mobsters but not rare based on the ones that get caught. It should be noted that some of the contract hits are being done by members of the UBN and other gangs and so far only a few been caught.
