jadice showing up was a surprise. i liked how negan's plan backfired and he wound up with the blood all over him. i would say simon is next to go since negan now knows what he did. negan said kill one and simon kills all.
I think the blood and guts might make Negan sick. His plan was to infect everyone else with them, but they wound up all over him when his car crashed.
