Frank kind of more or less bowed out gracefully I think. Was able to keep his wealth and influence. Surely Frank was not hanging out at nightly Bingo .
Frank bowed out wisely, not gracefully. It's not everyday a boss gets demoted by an underling.
He had to give up his major rackets and was stripped of all influence but Frank probably didn't spend his nights hanging out at nightly Bingo.
