Do you consider a Toyota American car just because they owned a factor here?

I don’t can an American company open a factory in japan or China. First the Japanese and the Chinese would never buy a car from an American company. If they did which they would never allow it would have a tariff on them so no Japanese or Chinese would pay that kind of money to buy one.
