Trump has mentioned many times in his speeches that because of the failures of past presidents democrats & republicans alike is the reason North Korea has nukes today. They gave them billions of dollars and got nothing in return. I don't blame Trump for trying something new. Hopefully this new approach will work.

All other past presents didn't want North Korea to have nukes.
The reason being, is the more countries that have nukes the greater the risks of one of them will use it one day.

In WWII, it was a very terrible thing to have used the nuclear bomb but experts say that many more people would of died if they had not used it.
