This country needs Mexican immigrants, and I bet the wall is just a political posture. There's several ways for immigrants to get in (there are tunnels), and they're going to continue to let immigrants in. There's a manual labor demand. Americans don't work in fields. At least not in over a hundred years. Even that arrest where the woman was snatched on the streets by ICE, in San Diego, was a political gesture to appease the right. She's probably already back in the U.S.
