Polanski is a fucking pig, but it doesn't detract from Moore. I will never understand whataboutism. As far as im concerned anyone that supports either of them is reprehensible but at least no one was trying to put Polanski into our government in a position to write laws.
Same here. But it is so common today, especially with the excessive identity politics. Over the past couple years it's like people have lost any ability to reason with one another and only like to point fingers.
Yes, there are scumbags on both sides.. But let's be real, what the fuck has Roman Polanski got to do with Roy Moore? Talk about a reach. The worst thing is, "whataboutisms" don't push any conversation further, they only muddle them and stray from the original points.
