think sonny red went to prison for along time with carmine galante and the herion thing in the 60tys. he was also on lifetime parole i think for a murder at the time of his death. his son must not have seen alot of him when he was young.
I cannot imagine what lifetime parole would do to someone mentally and psychologically. You’d never feel safe or free
