In most gangs there are different groups in each gang. You got your thieves, you got the guys who sell drugs, you also have guys who do the heavy work kill.

You can’t make a lot of money just doing hits. It doesn’t take brains to kill someone anybody can do it if you are a little fucked up in the head and it gets much easier once you get used to it. Not everyone can do it.

It does take brains to be a good thief.

It takes brains to sell drugs and not get burned yourself. I knew people who could not make money doing it so they stopped.

It takes being very smart to distribute drugs and get away with it.

It is very rare to have a guy do all three. 10000 guys who kill. If you have a guy who kills he would do it more then once. So two hundred murders is very low.
