Been doing Oatmeal Six days a week for Breakfast.
Mon-Sat.
1 - cup of Oatmeal in a shallow bowl, 8-10 rasins, sprinkle of cinnamon.
Cover with water and nuke for 1.15min.
Mix cool and eat.
Heart healthy meal before workout.
Just wondering if I switched up the rasins for Blueberries, which would be most beneficial.
Sundays all bets off, Bacon & Eggs with some really good bread.
Ever try Irish Oats ?..,also very good 4 u..my father instilled it in me as a baby, w/a little dab of Kerrygold Butter & touch o' salt after cooked & in the bowl.
