A criminal pleads insanity after getting into trouble again and once in the mental institution rebels against the oppressive nurse and rallies up the scared patients. (IMDB)

Jack Nicholson's best role IMO and one of the best films of the 1970's and arguably ever, top notch supporting cast and a soundtrack to go with it. Louise Fletcher plays the role of Nurse Ratched perfectly and we all love to hate her. This film was the winner of 5 oscars. They don't make films like this anymore..

Winner of all the major Oscar awards..
