BUT,what r us old school viewers gonna do when there is no one to root 4 that we dont even know their name in 6 fuckin'yrs.??? There r no more Pacino's or DeNiros or Hoffmans..old school viewers such as myself r used 2 what we were raised on.
Go backwards. There are thousands of great classic movies to enjoy. Made in the '30s, '40s, '50s and '60s. And many, many great stars to watch. Names like Gable, Grant, Cooper, Cagney and Bogart. Hepburn (both Katherine and Audrey), Bette Davis and Barbara Stanwyck. All BIG stars. But these were also the years of truly great character actors whose names may not have been as well-known but they were masters of their craft and you'd probably recognize them all as soon as you saw them. People like Thomas Mitchell, Charles Coburn, Walter Brennan and Barry Fitzgerald.
