The Dutch police will cooperate with local authorities in Colombia, Panama and Spain to combat cocaine trafficking. That says Wilbert Paulissen, head of the national criminal investigation department, in De Telegraaf.The background to the plan is the continuing and probably growing flow of cocaine that is imported by the Dutch in Antwerp and Rotterdam. Paulissen says that in Colombia there will be collaboration with the American Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
