Dumb move by merlino if he called the juror by her first name i dont no how that will effect him .
He probably thinks he's some kind of don juan or something and that she might be impressed with him or something...Well he's no Tom Selleck and she could have easily have taken it that he's letting her know that he knows who she is to intimidate her...Very stupid move by a very stupid guy !!
