Third day of the trial according to wiretaps Sam Klepper wanted 10 million from Holleeder, they kidnapped his brother Gerard. But the nose would still be around Klepper and Mieremet he also paid them another million. It seems he was afraid/nervous because Sam & John were very dangerous.
