I seriously doubt Best Buy has a lot of full time customer service support agents. This is primarily part time work in today's job market. Retailers just do not hire people full time to do these things. It's more efficient from their angle to rotate part time employees, mostly young people, and people just trying to supplement other incomes. The "side hustle", as Uber likes to call it.

Best Buy is not one of our nation's great full time job providers. They are part of a shrinking brick and mortar retail industry. Whatever employees do receive bonuses will probably be laid off at some point this year.

"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country. Meyer Lansky's dream was to bond the two worlds together so that one could not survive without the other." - Dan E. Moldea
