I'm almost certain Milwaukee WAS under Chicago. I'd like to hear from Snakes or Toodooped on this.

Chicago rappresented all the Midwest and West coast family ! The milwaukee family made ton of $$$ with the vegas skimming but after was kicked of in the middle 1980s and with the Balistreri dead in 1993 the family members was too old with no fresh blood; new orleans,tampa and milwaukee made the same end: when the big boss died,the family as organization died with him.
