Thank you, Furio. Some websites say that Milwaukee was under the Outfit at first, but don't specify whether Balistrieri was independent. It certainly seems that by the time of the Vegas skim, Milwaukee was its own family. And, yes, I've read about Balistrieri being the one behind bombing Lefty's car. Wasn't Spilotro still involved, however? I seem to recall Spilotro going to Balistrieri, or something.
