10 minutes cardio. 5x5 weight routine ( 5 sets of 5 reps) 2 types of presses, curls, dead lifts, flys and finishing with 2-sets of 25 sit ups.
Light Stretch.

Will be sore tomorrow.
Rest on Sunday, back at ti Monday.
