My vote goes to Sal Romano who was another Wolf of Wall Street.

He started out as an assistant stock broker but quickly moved up the ranks and began associating with mobsters. He was involved in pump and dump schemes and went on record with guys like John "Johnny G" Gammarano and later Michael DiLeonardo.

He lived in a $5 million dollar Staten Island mansion which cost more than Paul Castellano's mansion, known as the "White House".

Romano was eventually indicted in a nearly $100 million stock scam in 2003.

He puts brokester capos like Greg DePalma to shame.
