Some situations are more complicated...specifically, philly lcn.
They have a boss, front boss, street boss, consig, and underboss! Either they have more rackets then we think or each admin spot have their own crew or guys thier direct with...there's just not enough money t go around, your thoughts?
Yeah Philly have a boss, acting boss, street boss, boss this and boss that. A bit like the Colombo's with their Boss, acting boss, street boss, underboss, acting under boss, consigliere, acting consigliere.
Too many chiefs and not enough indians.
With such a small family like Philly ( I think they got 5 crews) I'm thinking the guys in the administration are putting their necks on the line for only a little extra reward. Joey takes 5%, acting boss takes 5%, street boss gets a major gambling racket. What ever they are getting, it ain't worth the heat.
