He got in with the Gambino Family sometime in the 1940's and got made sometime in the 1950's. I'm not sure when he got promoted to capo but he was a major earner for the Family and never did any prison time.
He become a capo under Carlo Gambino and held that rank until his retirement (I assume he retired?)
Why didn't he become a Underboss or a Consigliere?
