You are a smart guy and i know for a fact you agree with what i am saying about blacks and out of wedlock births. That is the number one root cause of their issues by a mile.
By the way, no one is entitled to be succuessful. They are only entitled to opportunity, its up to them and how hard he or she works that dictate success. Making bad decisions falls on those who make them, not me and not anyone else.
