so it's logic white are more prone to enjoy oc and bikers
Being the majority/ minority of any population is a minuscule factor. Generally OC goes on in each one of those communities individually and your percentage is incorrect. Also, Italians makes up 6% of the US population and still have a considerable underworld.
Street Gangs are nonetheless a trail mix in the underworld. You have those with ties directly to Mexican DTOs alongside ties with Italian OC, East European OC, Nigerian OC, and 1% Motorcycle Clubs.
