Crown witness Giuseppe 'Peter' La Serpe was overwhelmed by the position he received in the Passage liquidation process. He struggled with his role as a traitor. He may soon testify again in the case against Willem Holleeder. La Serpe says this in the latest book by research journalist Marian Husken, entitled 'Deals and death lists'. In it, a number of people are interviewed who have been included in the witness protection program by the judiciary. Currently there are around 160, according to the most recent figures.
