Literally check the FBI website for all the past Rico cases/indictments and list all the street gangs cases. It's not that difficult to go check. According to recent 'estimate' on the U.S gang demographics, Latino & Black collectively makes up 81.5% while Whites are 11%. It actually varies by other factors as well. The highest percentage of White gangs are in Smaller Cities & Rural Counties.
