The article just says member. If it was Chili you’d have to guess it would have said capo or high-ranking or something like that. Only reason I guessed Chili was b/c he was in Florida and was locked up at that time. And since he’s passed, folks that might have had an issue with him feel more comfortable being seen. Maybe Fiore?
