Terrance Caldwell was caught on a city camera around the time of the Meldish murder. The Feds also have cell phone records of Londino and Caldwell communicating before the murder. Londino's lawyer is arguing that it is circumstantial evidence and not enough to convict him, even though they traced the location of his phone to the Bronx.
