I wrote an email to Michael, asking him a question on how to accomplish a specific goal.
Well, I believed that he was too busy to even read or respond to my email.

What happened? Michael responded within 12 hours, offering me guidance on how to accomplish what I thought he could help with.

I don't want to get specific with what the topic of conversation was about because I want to respect the fact that Michael 's email was written specifically to me.....Someday, I may reveal the contents.
