Yeah that's true. So basiclly tony ruined the dimeo family, he was bad boss with alot of ego and bad judgment skills. In season 6 he didn't had junior as an advisor, and he started losing hesh too, and that was really bad for him, Because sill didn't really had any effect on tony's decisions, tony actually kept things in secert from him. I guess tony was a leader and charismatic, but not so smart or at least no so smart to be boss ( maybe yet).
