I wonder whether anyone dares to call him "Osetrina" directly in his face...Because the word means "sturgeon", not even the fish as an animal, but the food made from sturgeon. The Russian word for the sturgeon fish is "osetr", while "osetrina" means "sturgeon meat". I bet the only reason they call him that is the similarity between the Armenian last name "Asatryan" and the Russian word "osetrina"
