I can assure you that is pure bullshit. The authorities in Albania/Kosovo are gangsters themselves. They only tell the foreign countries they are making a effort to stop it but they are a part of it. In Albania the gangsters/drug lords controls the politicians and in Kosovo the politicians are the gangsters, the ones who extort all the companies and is behind heroin trafficking etc etc.
