Yeah thats what i heard, But every albanian ive met who's into this life tells me the italians are the nr1 of crime. And thats very uncommon for albanians admitting someones "better".
According to Dutch investigations the Albanians here worked for the Italians doing their dirty work, but in just three years time they moved up the ladder they are now at middle management level, police fear they will reach the top soon. The Dutch visited Albania and it looks like the authorities there are now serious about fighting crime, because they want to join the EU.
