Boss Giuseppe Graviano did not respond to the judges in the State-Mafia trial, he had to report on taped conversations with another detainee. The boss could avoid responding to the Court as he was investigated in a related proceeding, which allowed him to remain silent. Graviano should have reported on some of his conversations in prison with the detainee Umberto Adonolfi. Dialogues, intercepted for months, were considered relevant for the negotiation process. During the conversations, the capomafia had narrated the alleged favors received by Silvio Berlusconi to which Cosa Nostra would have taken a hand in the early 90s massacres.
