Yes Miklo because in the outfit like in Detroit the sons follows his fathers in the life (Calabrese that flips was an exception) and for sure the outfit won't have problems to find smart criminals with an italian surname.
I disagree Fur, Calabrese was the exception in that usually in The Outfit sons DO NOT follow their fathers in to The Life. Frank jr said it many times in interviews and in his book that in Chicago, unlike often is the case in NY, Outfit members want their sons to have a (semi-) legitimate profession and don't want their kids in The Outfit.
