I heard what made him laugh so hard was because Bobby came out holding a dildo. They wanted him to make it look like he was laughing at his outfit but in reality it was something else. I recall them talking about that scene and James Gandolfini telling Schirripa before they filmed it 'You better make me laugh tomorrow' so Schirripa came up with the dildo idea.
