1)Francisco Hélmer Herrera Buitrago also known as "Pacho" was the numbers four of the Cali Cartel.

2)Ugo Gabriele aka Ketty (born July 10, 1981 in Naples is a reputed Camorra figure. Gabriele, a femminiello and member of the Camorra crime family, was reported as the first transgender mafia figure following an arrest by Naples police in February 2009.According to authorities, Gabriele is a small-time capo behind a drug and prostitution ring for the Scissionisti di Secondigliano clan of the Camorra.He pushed large quantities of drugs for Camorra boss Paolo Di Lauro, but since Di Lauro's arrest and the so-called Scampia feud between Camorra gangs, she did not need to answer to anyone anymore.Her elder brother, Salvatore Gabriele, is one of the Camorristi that graduated to become a boss. He wanted to extend his activities traveling the up and down Italy, supplying large- and small-scale dealers, and left her to run things at Scampia.Gabriele fits in an old and long tradition of gay or femminiello (effeminate) culture in Naples. Generally femminielli are considered good luck, for instance in gambling.

3)Robert Mormando was an American mafia hitman who later became a government informant.Mormando was the first mobster to admit in open court that he is gay.Although the mafia ran gay bars and gay night clubs, including the Stonewall Inn, they frowned upon being gay. He had a close personal friendship with Richard G. Gotti, John Gotti’s nephew.

4)Dominic Noonan s an English gangster.[1] With his brother Desmond "Dessie" Noonan, he headed a criminal organisation or "crime firm" in Manchester, England during the 1980s and 1990s and is a member of one of Manchester's most infamous crime families.[2]
Noonan has more than 40 convictions for a wide range of offences including armed robbery, police assault, possession of firearms, prison escape and fraud and has spent 22 years in prisons across Britain.Although Noonan is alleged to have been involved in a number of gangland murders, he has never been convicted.
Noonan and his brother Desmond were the subject of a 2006 documentary A Very British Gangster.
During the documentary Dominic is asked by MacIntyre about rumours that he is homosexual. "Without missing a beat Noonan openly admits that he's gay".

5)John D'Amato,acting boss of the DeCavalcante crime family murdered in 1992 because his girlfriend say it to his fellows.
