That may be the same one I saw when I was six years old. "It Came From Beneath the Sea" about a giant octopus was in its original theater run and my (older) sister took me to see it. I really didn't remember much of the movie but there was one scene in which the octopus' giant tentacle reached out of the water and wrapped itself around the Golden Gate Bridge. That scared the shit out of me.

My second choice traumatized me in a more dramatic fashion. Again, I was six years old and I saw "Bambi" in the movie theater with my mother. The scene in which Bambi's mom was killed made me cry. How could they show little kids stuff like that?
