I used to try to explain this stuff to IveyLeague, but he wasn't really hearing me. The Dominicans have the best DISTRIBUTION in NY, this is why they seem to always bubble to the top in the NYC drug trade.
You would have to beat Ivy League across the face with an FBI report before he would even come close to believing shit that Ray Charles could see if he stepped on the street for a second. Dominicans run the dope game from Jersey to Maine and everywhere in between. These guys have been making boatloads of money and they have smart older guys putting that money to work, it's not just street corner gangs. These are organized, international DTO's with product to move and the muscle to protect it.
