Ciment, the brother was a really shady guy in Thailand. Big time fraud, boiler room scams.... a couple manslaughter charges etc etc. I believe he was deported after being found in possession of heroin. From what I know, he now lives in Montreal.

I have a feeling this guy was killed because of his brother.
