I thought murder was almost banned in LCN.
Talk about going OLD SCHOOL(Cement Shoes)..This sounds like a message was sent but who knows?

Murder isn't banned but there are the rule no body no crime,but the work was done bad,if you use the cement shoes you want that the body won't never be found or found after much time. And what message ? His father made time (24 y) without say nothing and get out 2 months ago; for me it was a job made by incompetente people.
